70cl / 47.4% / Distillery Bottling – This Single Malt Whisky is fermented using 60% Pinnacle M yeast and 40% Maurivin B yeast, creating a distinctive and complex base spirit. It is then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Burgundy barriques
